This customer was residing in a new build house and wanted to change the fireplace. We knocked out original chimney breast, reinforced it all, created a sandstone hearth that was fully rendered to customer specification. We then re-plastered the chimney breast ready for decoration.
We sourced, supplied and installed an original Victorian Range. The customer gave us the brief to restore her fireplace to original specification of the early 1900’s. This meant a complete redesign and build of the chimney breast and full stove installation.
We surveyed the client’s fireplace and discovered the original stone mullions and jarns. We cleaned and restored them and then restored the manmade brick wall that was over two hundred years old to make the fireplace as original as possible to match the customer’s specifications. We then sourced, provided and installed the multi-fuel stove.

This beautiful, bespoke, sandstone fireplace was hand carved. We sat down with the customer and designed the complete surround. We then installed the granite hearth before sourcing and adding the modern stove. We later returned to site to add down lights which gave the fireplace a special finish to meet customer needs.
